I just hope the code lasts a while because I won't be ready to place the order for a few months. Even after the painting was done, she helped me pick out a frame and even got me a coupon code for 50% off my next painting, which I plan on having done soon. I also want to say Emily was my customer service person who I dealt with for all the changes and I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to her. Most of the paintings I seen are exactly like a photo, but not mine. I'm sure this was probably the hardest one they've done by far. And it is not easy to put 4 people and 7 animals into one scene. Another thing I forgot to mention, I had no pictures of all of us together, so I had to send pictures of most of us individually. Almost like we all posed and the artist was standing in front of us. As I said, it brought a tear to my eye, it was so life like. It came packed very well and when I took it out, I was so pleased. They gave me a tracking number and a date to expect it and it was right on time. They gave me a sneek peek when it was being painted and I can say I was a little skeptical because what I seen was like an outlined drawing, nothing really painted yet and I thought this was never going to look like us. With all the changes I wanted, it was still done very quickly. They wanted to make me happy no matter how long it took and how many changes I requested. They were very kind with all my changes and didn't give me a hard time or get sick of it, they were nice as can be. I made many, many changes, I'm surprised they didn't tell me they couldn't do it, as I said I was very particular with what I wanted. And it turned out beautiful and actually brought a tear to my eye. I also wanted my cat and dog who passed away a few years ago above us with angel wings or halos. My husband and I, with my son and daughter in the painting along with my cat, our 3 dogs, and our bearded dragon on my shoulder. I wanted an outdoor scene, we live in a wooded area and I wanted the background to be similar to my back yard. I chose him because he not only painted people well, he painted many animals and as I said that was very important to me. I chose Jay to do my painting and he is so talented. I had this vision in my head of what I wanted and they brought this vision to life. I'm an animal lover and my pets are like my children and I wanted them in the painting, including the two that passed away a few years ago. This company is absolutely amazing! From start to finish it was so simple and the painting was so beautiful! This was a tough one, I wasn't sure I was going to find anyone who could paint this for me, but they sure pulled it off! I wanted a huge painting of my family, 4 of us and my pets.
